Hi, I’m Nadia Gross, a Christian Women’s Coach and Servant Leader of Christ with a deep passion for empowering women to rise to their full potential and step confidently into their God-given roles as women, wives, mothers, and leaders. I believe that through faith, guidance, and encouragement, every woman can live a life of purpose and confidence rooted in Christ.
For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring, teaching, and coaching women and families across all stages of life—from young adults to seniors. As a leader of the Proverbs 31 Young Women’s Group, I’m committed to helping the next generation of women break free from insecurities and thrive in their faith and purpose. I’ve also led multiple conferences and workshops on parenting, women’s growth and empowerment, home environment setting and design, and discipleship, as well as written women’s devotionals and Bible studies to inspire and guide others in their spiritual journey.
In addition to ministry, I bring decades of experience as a business owner, with over 25 years in training and development, and I’ve had the joy of building and running multiple businesses. My heart for outreach has led me to serve in women’s ministry efforts at Living Hope Church in Sarasota, where I’ve been blessed to work alongside incredible women to share the love of Christ in practical and transformative ways.
I’m a wife of 28 years, a proud mom of two, and a grandmother to two amazing grandchildren. My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life and work. I love people, and nothing brings me more joy than empowering women to discover their worth in Christ and walk boldly into their purpose.
Whether through one-on-one discipleship, leading group studies, or hosting workshops, my mission is always the same: to help women grow in their faith, find confidence in their unique calling, and become empowered leaders in their homes, communities, and careers.
